These peanut butter date bars are simply a DREAM. I am allll about the date recipes lately, and these are a new favorite of mine. They are made with the simplest ingredients as well. These squares are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, no-bake, and so delicious!

Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- peanut butter
- coconut flour
- dates
- maple syrup
- non-dairy milk
- non-dairy chocolate chips
- coconut cream

Vegan & Gluten-free PB Date Bars
These peanut butter date bars are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, no-bake, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the base ingredients until you have a dough. Press this evenly into the prepared pan and place in the freezer to set while you make the filling.
- In a food processor, blend the filling ingredients until you have a sticky, smooth mixture. Spread this filling evenly over the base and return to the freezer to set while you make the topping.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt together the chocolate chips and coconut cream until smooth. Spread this evenly over the filling and let set before slicing and enjoying!
