Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- dates
- eggs
- non-dairy milk
- almond butter
- maple syrup
- coconut oil
- almond flour
- cacao powder
- baking soda
- non-dairy chocolate chips

Store these in the freezer and remove them 10 minutes prior to serving!

Make sure not to overbake these, you want them a little gooey!
Paleo Date Caramel Brownies
These gooey date caramel brownies are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend all of the date caramel ingredients until you have a smooth caramel. Set aside while you make the brownie batter.
- In a bowl, combine all of the brownie ingredients until you have a batter. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Add your caramel layer on top of the brownie batter and smooth out evenly. Top with the rest of the brownie batter.
- Bake for about 18-22 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
