- nut butter
- almond flour
- coconut sugar
- nondairy milk
- vanilla
- baking powder
- coconut oil
- nondairy chocolate chips

Store these in the fridge for up to 4 days before moving to the freezer.
Vegan & Paleo Fudge Blondie Bars
These fudge blondie bars are vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
For the blondie base:
- ½ cup smooth nut butter I used almond butter!
- 1 cup almond flour
- 5 tablespoon coconut sugar
- ½ cup nondairy milk
- splash of vanilla
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
For the fudge layer:
- 4 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 ⅓ cup nondairy chocolate chips
- ¼ cup nut butter I used the same almond butter as above!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together all of the blondie base ingredients and pour into the pan. Bake for about 25 min.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Add the nut butter and continue to mix.
- Once the base is baked and cooled slightly, pour the chocolate fudge layer on top, spreading evenly. Let harden in the fridge for a few hours. Slice and enjoy!
