- granulated sugar substitute (monkfruit, stevia, etc.)
- vegan cream cheese
- coconut flour
- non-dairy chocolate chips
- coconut oil

Vegan Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites
These peanut butter chocolate cheesecake bites are the dreamiest bites! They are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so so tasty!
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter make sure it is a natural, runny kind!
- ½ tablespoon granulated sugar substitute I used granulated monkfruit
- 8 oz vegan cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour
For the chocolate coating:
- 1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar substitute until smooth.
- Add the coconut flour and blend again. Place the mixture in the fridge to firm up for about 30 min to an hour.
- Scoop the peanut butter mixture into 14-15 bites and place on prepared baking sheet. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
- Melt together the chocolate coating ingredients. Dip each peanut butter cheesecake bite into the chocolate and let harden. Enjoy!
