- sugar

- baking powder and baking soda
- non-dairy dark chocolate chips

Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a dough. Fold in the pistachios and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 24-26 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
