- Enjoy Life chocolate chips
- ground flaxseed
- non-dairy butter
- cacao
- sugar
- gluten-free flour
- baking powder
- optional non-dairy ice cream and candy canes for topping

This peppermint chocolate cookie skillet is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and lightly grease a skillet with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, combine the flax egg, non-dairy butter, extracts, and sugar until smooth. Mix in the baking powder, gluten-free flour, and cacao powder until you have a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the dough into the skillet and bake for about 15-17 minutes. Let cool lightly before topping with optional dairy-free ice cream and crushed candy canes. Enjoy!
