Gluten-free & Dairy-free Funfetti Banana Bread
This funfetti banana bread is gluten-free, dairy-free, and oh so delicious!
- 3 bananas mashed
- ½ cup coconut oil melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup sprinkles
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix the mashed banana, coconut oil, extracts, eggs, and sugar until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Spread batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool before slicing and enjoying!
