- extra virgin olive oil
- eggs
- non-dairy milk
- espresso powder
- gluten-free flour
- cacao powder
- baking soda
- vanilla extract
- berries for topping

This honey sweetened chocolate olive oil cake is gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and oh so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a small cake pan with oil and parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the wet ingredients until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- Spread this into the prepared pan and bake for about 24-27 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
