I love to pair these with a batch of my soft sugar cookie bars and paleo funfetti donut holes!
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- eggs
- maple syrup
- coconut milk
- espresso powder
- cacao powder
- gluten-free flour
- non-dairy chocolate chips
- almond flour

These fudgy espresso brownies are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Fold in some extra chocolate chips if you'd like and spread batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes and let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
