- maple syrup
- maple extract
- non-dairy butter
- vanilla extract
- gluten-free flour
- baking soda
- espresso powder
- flaky sea salt
- brown sugar

These salted maple espresso cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a dough. Begin scooping to dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-11 minutes. Let cool completely before mixing up the icing to drizzle on top. Enjoy!
