I used to absolutely loveeeeee peanut butter m&m's growing up! They were always my candy of choice for movie nights. Nothing beats the soft peanut butter center and the crunchy chocolate shell. I simply had to try and recreate them with better-for-you ingredients! These are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and super simple to make!

Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- smooth, natural peanut butter
- monk fruit sweetener (or granulated sweetener of choice!)
- non-dairy chocolate chips
- coconut flour
- coconut oil
See recipe card for quantities.

Storage
Store in the freezer, as they are super soft in the fridge and at room temperature.

Do you think you could use almond butter instead of peanut butter? Just what I have on hand at the moment 😀

Do you have a favorite non dairy chocolate to use? I used one in the past and it did not melt beautifully haha
