- almond flour
- coconut flour
- tapioca flour
- egg
- coconut oil
- honey
- baking powder & baking soda
- apple
- cinnamon
- apple pie spice

Paleo Apple Pie Donut Holes
These apple pie donut holes are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 4 ½ tablespoon coconut flour
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 2 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup diced apples
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
- ¾ teaspoon apple pie spice
For the optional icing (not paleo!):
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- water to thin
For a paleo icing:
- ½ cup melted coconut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the egg, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Fold in the diced apples. Let the dough sit for a few minutes before beginning to roll into ½-1 tablespoon sized balls.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 8-9 minutes. Let cool completely before dipping in your optional icing! Enjoy!
