These raspberry donut holes are one of my favorite healthy sweet treats! These are super simple to make and made with only a handful of ingredients. These donut holes are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!

This was inspired by my other paleo donut hole recipes: glazed donut holes, blueberry donut holes, funfetti donut holes, strawberry donut holes.

    Servings: 12 donut holes
    Course: Breakfast, Dessert, Donut, Snack
    Cuisine: American
    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup almond flour
    • 1 egg
    • 4 ½ tablespoon coconut flour
    • ¼ cup tapioca flour
    • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
    • 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
    • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
    • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    • splash of vanilla extract
    • ⅓ cup freeze dried raspberries
For the glaze (this is not paleo!):
    • ½ cup powdered sugar
    • 1-2 teaspoon water
    For a paleo glaze:
    • ¼ cup coconut butter melted
    • 3 tablespoon maple syrup

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except for the raspberries) until you have a dough. Fold in the raspberries.
    3. Begin rolling the dough into balls and placing on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are turning golden brown.
    4. Let them cool before mixing up your icing of choice and dipping each donut hole into the glaze. Let harden and enjoy!
