Paleo Soft Gingerbread Cookies
These gingerbread cookies are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so tasty!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine all of your ingredients until you have a smooth dough.
- Begin rolling the dough into balls. Roll each cookie dough ball in sugar (coconut sugar for paleo) and place on prepared baking sheets.
- I like to use the bottom of a cup to lightly flatten the cookies. Bake for about 8-10 minutes and let cool. I like to dip mine in some dairy-free white chocolate! Enjoy!
