These are the perfect sweet treats to make for the weekend. They're vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and so tasty!

- caramels (can use regular caramels if you're not strictly vegan!)
- non-dairy chocolate
- gluten-free oats
- non-dairy butter
- brown sugar
- gluten-free flour
- coconut cream

Vegan & Gluten-free Caramel Delights
These caramel delights are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- ½ cup non-dairy melted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup gluten-free oats
- ⅔ cup gluten-free flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 25 caramels
- ⅓ cup coconut cream
- ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, vanilla, oats, flour, and baking soda until well combined.
- Press half the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- While the base is baking, melt together the caramels and coconut cream until smooth.
- Remove the base from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over top of the base. Pour the caramel evenly over top. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over top of everything and bake for another 15-17 minutes. Let this cool fully in the fridge before slicing and enjoying!
