I love to make a batch of these with my paleo tahini blondies or my soft sugar cookie bars!
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- dates
- natural peanut butter
- maple syrup
- non-dairy chocolate chips
- coconut oil
- almond flour

Storage
Store these in the freezer, as they are really soft at room temperature!
Top tip
Freeze these fully before dipping in the chocolate, as the texture is really gooey!
Vegan & Gluten-free Peanut Butter Date Truffles
These peanut butter date truffles are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend together the dates, peanut butter, maple syrup, and almond flour until you have a smooth, sticky dough.
- Begin scooping this mixture into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the freezer to set for at least 15 minutes.
- Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Dip each truffle into the chocolate, sprinkle with optional flaky sea salt, and let harden. Enjoy!
