These no-bake chocolate peanut butter brownies are simply dreamy! They have the best soft chocolate brownie base followed by a yummy peanut butter date caramel layer and topped with more chocolate. These brownies are no-bake, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so so delicious!

This was inspired by my cookie dough date caramel bars! And they pair perfectly with a batch of my soft sugar cookie bars.
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- dates
- natural peanut butter
- maple syrup
- non-dairy milk
- cacao powder
- coconut flour
- non-dairy chocolate chips

Top tip
These keep best in the freezer and are honestly delicious straight out of the freezer!
No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies
These chocolate peanut butter brownies are no-bake, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the brownie base ingredients until well combined. Press the dough into the prepared pan and place in the freezer while you make the caramel filling.
- In a food processor, combine the caramel filling ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread this evenly over the brownie base layer and return to the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips until smooth and spread evenly over the caramel layer. Let harden before slicing and enjoying!
