I have made so many donut hole recipes (strawberry, funfetti, cinnamon sugar, chocolate, banana bread, lemon, pumpkin, chocolate espresso, carrot cake, glazed, apple pie) and am so excited to share this blueberry version! These are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious. I promise you will love them!

Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- almond flour
- egg
- coconut flour
- tapioca flour
- coconut oil
- honey
- baking powder/baking soda
- blueberries

Paleo Blueberry Donut Holes
These blueberry donut holes are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond flour
- 4 ½ tablespoon coconut flour
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
For the glaze (NOT paleo!):
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- water to thin
For a paleo glaze:
- ¼ cup coconut butter melted
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the blueberries until you have a dough. Fold in the blueberries and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Begin rolling the dough into about 12 donut holes and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let them cool completely.
- Mix together your glaze of choice and dip each donut hole in the glaze. Let harden and enjoy!
